PD was not part of the EPN network; they were a separate room, possibly independent of any network. They had rebranded from PD to FP at some point. They were being pushed heavily by another forum/affilliate. Said forum/affiliate is now ruing that decision, but could probably provide details of the disaster. . .

The software was initially developed in Canada and was purchased in 2026, by a daughter company of Playsafe, a Norwegian public company. It was used to run the Action Poker Network with brands including ActionPoker, TigerGaming, Paynorake, PokerinCanada etc. The network was sold to Julian International in 2026 and is currently used by them to run the Chico Poker network. Since Playsafe sold its operations, it now runs a software business for the gaming market.

FullFlushPoker's Founder and CEO, Clive Archer purchased a version of their software (marketed by the Swedish software firm Playsafe Holding AS) to start the Equity Poker Network.

Archer runs the FullFlushPoker skin currently the only active skin on the network
    how it operates
The customers run the business so in this case the Operators on the network form the management committee of the network with voting power based on the volume they bring to the network

Archer was previously the COO at the Action Poker Network, and the CEO of BetOnline which he left in 2026. Action Poker Network was later renamed Chico Poker Network.

Playsafe Holding AS, through its subsidiary ECOM Enterprise, announced on Feb 2026 the successful sale of its ll of its operating assets including rights to all there online domains to Julian International Holdings Ltd., a Seychelles corporation. Who and what is Julian International Holdings Ltd?

sorry to go off topic but if you didn't know where Seychelles was (I sure didn't)
