Well, I downloaded the software and am beyond disappointed. I find it nearly unplayable, especially since I don't possess the greatest of vision -- and I don't expect mine to improve over time.

Among the issues I noticed right off the bat:

• No indication of starting stack sizes for tournaments?
  
  - We usually state the stack on the description (on the Tourn Lobby) or you may find them on Tournaments . Think we missed the PBT stack (which is 1500 chips)
  
• Have to be redirected to web browser & website to see blind structure?
  
  -TRUE, we are working to show all info on the lobby...
  
• No indication of the payout schedule or even how many places paid?
  
  _Payout structure is given in the Tourn Lobby (first 3 places) and a client pop-up under "More Prizes".
  You can algo check the past Tournaments payout on our web
  All other Tournaments depend on the number of players registered.
  
• Sorts tournament schedule in Tournaments tab in wrong order? Why would I want to see it in descending date order?
  
  - Tourns are sorted like this by default, we are working on a new feature that will get you on this subject.
  
• Sorts ring game tables in who knows WTF order?
  - RNG games are sorted by ammount of players "on table" by default for you to choose the fun games... as I said working on a new feature as for Tournaments.
  
• Can't resize $#!+. Tables, lobbies. Nothing. All text is too small.
  
  - Lobby resize is coming soon, table resize will take a bit longer, sorry for that....
  
• Blinds, level countdown and break countdown don't show in tournament lobbies except as "N/A" -- whoops blinds show after a while
  
  - Patience is a virtue....
  
• No indication of time left in level on the tables
  - Good insight, thx and Ill make this happen!!
  
• Difficult to tell who has folded as the folded hand gets "dimmed", not "mucked"

- We are aware of people getting confused by this, we are on it!!!

Keep them coming!!!! We will make a OPR for and by you!

I do, now, see where you list starting stack sizes for most tournaments -- does not seem to be anything about starting stacks for the sit-n-go tournaments -- but still seems rather silly to have to go to one webpage to find out the blind structure and another to find out the starting stacks maybe. Both pieces of information are useful in determining whether I might join a tournament or not. I look forward to when all the pertinent information will be integrated into the tournament lobby.

Looking at the tournament lobby I see no indication of anything other than the total prize pool; nothing about how prize money will be distributed. [Perhaps I should have been more clear about wishing to see this information prior to the start of a tournament.] I realize that this breakdown does become visible at some time after the tournament has started. Again, this is information that influences my desire to join -- or skip -- a tournament. Having to constantly refer to webpages to find information is rather silly to me.

If the number of registered players is used to determine how many are paid prize money -- as opposed to some fixed number regardless of the number registered -- perhaps some standard tables can be provided somewhere for reference.

Thanks for clearing up the ring game sort order. Now it makes sense -- and is not the worst way to do it as it shows the tables that are active immediately.

Honestly,
I have no idea what I did when following the instructions you gave, as it was like reading a foreign languish.
But some how I am able to download and log in so that Good news..



There is just one small detail I am now having and that is the Adobe Flash warning notice keeps popping up while I'm on browser writing this email lol



I'll give it a few days then see what I can do to re-tweak flash issues.
