    Final Four

Today the Final Four kicks off with two good match-ups, at 6:09pm is UCONN vs Florida and at 8:49pm is Wisconsin vs Kentucky.

These should be two great games but the Florida game has the potential of being a blow out. Florida has played a #16, #9, #5, #11 to get to the Final Four with an average of 10.7 margin of winning. Not very tested and they have a #7 seed tonight. UCONN has played a #10, #2, #3, #4 a very rigorous stretch of great teams. UCONN has looked very good and has proved to those whom thought the AAC top teams were weak wrong. Still having gone through those teams do take a toll on a team and I believe there best is behind them, but its the Final Four so anything can happen. I think betting Florida on the Money line large is a smart move. However if you like UCONN (which in my heart I hope they win, as living in Florida I am so sick of hearing about how great they are since they haven't played anyone yet other than an overrated UCLA team) I think UCONN +7 is a good bet too. I don't think however this is a game to bet on since both teams have played extremly different teams and levels of competition to get to this point, it makes for a large disparity in what could happen.

Wisconsin is the real deal. Kentucky is starting to look like the 90's Fab 5. They have Kentucky as a -1 favorite to which this line might move in the next 6 hours. I personally like the Badgers to win this as they have a fun team, a deep team, and can shoot the 3 really well which always keeps a College Basketball team in the game. Wisconsin's Center Kaminsky is the key to their success. If he stays out of foul trouble I see them advancing. If I was to bet on one of these two games the this would be it and I would take Wisconsin +1

I do not bet on the Final Four as they can some crazy outcomes, picking your spot in betting is key as you don't want to set yourself up for a coin toss, as I believe the books give here for both of these games.

If you do want to put some money on the games play a 2 team teaser bet getting 5.5 points with UCONN +12.5 and Wisconsin +6.5 ...$120 bet pays out $100.

Well Matt, The stage is set! UCONN vs KY tomorrow night! You know as a Syracuse fan and lifelong Big East supporter because of it that I will be rooting for UCONN. My wife was born in KY and is a lifelong KY fan. I wouldn't be surprised if we watch the game in different rooms tomorrow night! LOL!

    GO UCONN!!!

Good games last night. UCONN played extremely well and I think they were just toying with Florida in the second half, they knew they were the better team! Wisconsin played really well but Harrison once again came up big! We shall see on Monday night, UConn opened at a 2.5 underdog. I think that will grow bigger come tomorrow night though only because of how many KENTUCKY BELIEVERS there are out there.

I was always intrigued why we have the championship game on a Monday night. It must only be about media hype. If you think about it, playing the Semi's Friday night and the Championship game Sunday afternoon you would think would give you a larger TV audience, especially since the game starts at 9pm. Just something I though of this morning when I realized the Indians play Monday if you were to play the game around 7pm on Sunday you go up against literally other sporting event, other than Sunday Night Baseball at 8pm.
