well I am registered for the tourney (earlier in week) , but have not been able to access my account since the changeover (carbon) and support does not respond to my several oh well GO GATORS!!!

I had trouble, too, trying to log in until I read the small print
Your new user name is your EXACT SCREEN NAME & your existing password.
Once I gave them what they wanted I was able to log in & I'm registered for
the VERY GENEROUS $500 FREEROLL

I downloaded Carbon recently, and created an account, but I can't get in the tournament, because the ticket isn't being credited to my account. Anybody got any ideas?

Actually under the buy in when you go to register, there is one the says exclusive $500 entry coupon, but it won't let me use it. It says that it's not the right coupon. ?????

That's strange, I reg'd for the $500 freeroll the other day and
now I'm not in the game & it says I don't have the required ticket
Guess with all the changes they unregistered me & didn't give me
the ticket again. OH WELL. Good luck to those playing
