Chasing the low in PLO8

Should I be chasing just for the low in PLO8? I seem to find myself doing this when I am card dead (high wise) as I want to be involved in the game, not a player sitting there or should I simply move tables (ring).

i find when i chase the low a lot of times you will get quartered and lose chips even if you win the low

thats why i stay away from PLO8 because there are to many varibles that can get you quartered and lose money even if you win

not real sure what the stats are on chasing the low or anything like that but getting quartered sucks in PLO8
