I have been thinking about the structure for this league..... If we average about 16 players a (buy in game), and top 17 gain entry into a $50 PBT Championship Tournament Freeroll , and 3 from freerolls gain entry into a $50 PBT Championship Tournament Freeroll.... Basically everyone makes it into the $50 freeroll... So the really is no incentive, other than the trophy. Basically there is no difference in getting 1st, in the league, or getting 10th.. Both players get into the $50 freeroll, which can easily be won by any player playing..



I think you should award 1st place over all, or possibly top 3 something. Most leagues operate with the winner or top 3 getting some sort of money. Usually there is an amount the is split between the top 3. Example: $50 for top 3 players, 1st gets $25, 2nd gets $15, and 3rd gets $10.


If you really think about what I have said (above), I believe it makes perfect sense.. And before someone uses the rebuttal that players that ITM each game get paid (therefore that is the incentive).... I understand that already, obv. But realistically, nothing has changed between this month and last month, other than there is a $50 freeroll at the end (that basically everyone will get into) and we get awarded points for our finishes.. But those points just get you into a game, that EVERYONE will already get into...



(Let me say that I'm not trying to down this forum, or what it is doing, in any way, shape, or form. Rather trying to let everyone see that the system is flawed, IMO.) In other words, I'm just giving feedback, as datsme, said feedback is welcome to get the kinks ironed out, moving forward.
