Thanks for the acknowledgement waterboy. It was a good, friendly game and my first tourney at Juicy Stakes. I was a little miffed by the software but one of the players pointed out that I could switch to "classic" and find it more to my liking. It wouldn't let me do that during the game but I went in Juicy this AM and poked around and found what to do under options. I am now in "classic" mode so hopefully the next time I sit at a table it will be a more pleasant experience. I was a bit confused that earlier in the day I had seen a post from Syco Steve that updated the start time to 7 PM from 6 PM and indicated that it had been changed to a $25 added tournament. It was actually $25 GTD. I went back in the Forum at a later time and apparently Steve had realized it was only a $25 GTD and edited his post as the language about $25 added was gone. No big deal. I would have played either way.
As for the game itself it was well played and unfortunately I lost to STUNTCOKK on a hand that found me ahead when I got my chips in. The poker Gods decided it was not my turn to win the race even though I had the best hand when the cards turned and that's the way it goes sometimes.
Congratulations to all that played, especially STUNTCOKK.
I look forward to the next tournament on the schedule!
