On the 27th I got an email telling of a free roll for $2014. When I logged in today I did not see it. Went to live help, I was told I am not eligible for that free roll. Am posting the chat below, in case you want to contact them about your affiliate accounts being excluded. But I understand if your personal situation does not allow thoughts about this petty matter.

Just a little andy is not beating around the bush, with anyone, when in live chat. He is Tech, and he is just going by the book, or in general, as what he is told to say. If you need straight up answers, ask for Olivia. She is on top, of the ball and straight out with answers, so you don't feel, you got the run around, or she if the answer isn't there, she will have it in a few, and email you, if you ask her to.
