CD’s jackpot sit and go tournaments are a good fun and are a great way to take a shot at winning a huge prize. CD’s support is considered the best in the industry with many recent awards to prove it.

Tournaments
CD Poker constantly has tournaments running with buy-ins up to $100. Most of the tournaments are low buy-ins with many satellites to the bigger CD Poker events. The $2.5 Million guaranteed is one of these big events and there will be a ton of satellites to this huge $1580 buy-in event.
CD has sit and go’s of all levels running at all times, with games up to $500 filling during peak hours.
CD also offers four different types of jackpot sit and go’s, where if you win a certain number in a row you win a huge jackpot. The biggest of these jackpot sit and go’s is the “Fort Knox” $50+$9, 6 player max, where if you win 6 tournaments in a row you win a jackpot of at least $50K. Notice that the fee is almost double what a regular sit and go’s fee would be and this extra money goes towards the jackpot prize. The jackpot prize increases by $10K every week it goes unearned. There are also $2, $5, and $20 jackpot sit and go’s.
Cash Games
CD Poker has hold’em cash games from microlimits of $0.01/$0.02 right up to $100/$200 games. The majority of games take place at or below the $5/$10 limit. The other types of poker CD runs have a few tables running with games scattered through the different levels.
Software and Graphics
CD Poker has good software, but the hands per hour are a little bit less than at other sites because the hands take a little longer to be dealt.
The tables at CD Poker have two size options. There is the normal option, which takes up a good portion of your screen and includes avatars and a few extra buttons. Then there is the mini-table option, which shrinks the table to about a quarter of your screen, taking away the avatars. The mini-table option is good for multi-tabling. CD also offers a section for casino games including, roulette, blackjack, slots, video poker and more.
Competition
The cash game competition is pretty good at CD Poker. The players per flop percentage in cash games is only around 25%, which means there are likely some tight aggressive players. The tournaments at CD are weaker though because they are mostly low buy-ins. Also the slower software means that most professionals won’t play there because they can get more hands at other rooms.
Support
CD Poker offers 24 hour phone, live chat and email support.
