One Person's Meat Can Be Another Person's Poison!!

There are many ways to deal with and interpret the thoughts and antics of others at the table. Poker is an endeavor of individuals and the intellect of our individual poker minds dictates how we respond and react to all that happens at the table just as it dictates how we read our opponents and play our cards. I've always believed that no matter what anyone else says at the table and no matter what I might say at the table that it might or might not be interpreted the way I intended it to be nor will I interpret it the way my opponent intended me too.

Having said that, is it not safe to assume that it's OK to say what you want with impunity knowing that the only one it should matter to is you and your intellectual poker mind at that moment in time?

Text messages, emails and chat can all be slippery slopes. No emotional tone in any of these ways of communication, leaves the words to be interpreted in many different ways.
