Prizes

The $1,000 in heads up prizes is for one heads up match every week between the reigning King of the Felt and the challenger.  Whichever players earns $1,000 in cold hard cash.  If you win 5 weeks in a row your prize is upped to $2,500 and if you go on a 10-week streak you win a 2026 WSOP main event seat!

The $2,500 in freerolls is spread over two freerolls.  A $1,500 freeroll and a $1,000 freeroll.  If you qualify you will be notified by Bovada.

How To Gain Entry

In order to gain entry into the heads up match you must play in place in at least 3 sit and go tournaments during the week.  Playing in the sit and go’s isn’t enough, you must actually place and be paid in order for the sng to count.  If you place in 3-5 sng’s you earn 1 entry into the heads up draw, 6-8 places gets you 2 entries and 9+ placings gets you 3 entries.  From all of these entries the challenger is randomly drawn.

When you place in between 6 and 8 sit and go’s you will also gain entry into the weekly $1,500 freeroll.  9+ placings gets you entry into both the $1,500 freeroll as well as the $1,000 freeroll.  The entry details for these freerolls will be sent to you via email.

Nobody has hit 10 wins in a row yet, but there have been 8 Kings who won at least 5 times, while 1 came a week away from earning his 2026 WSOP seat.

Easiest Way To Qualify

The easiest tournaments to qualify from are the double up tournaments because half of the places pay out.  If you simply play very tight in these tourneys you will often be able to cash and earn 1 placing towards your total for the week.  It should be easy to get 9 placings every week and have the best chance of becoming the King of the Felt challenge and also gaining entry into both the $1,500 and $1,000 freerolls.

It is also important that you have a correct phone number attached to your Bovada account because that is the method you will be contacted by if your name gets drawn.
