On top of the $8 free, 888 Poker also offers new players a 100% matching bonus up to $400 on initial deposits.  The bonus is initially placed in a pending bonus account and $10 is released into your account every time you earn 100 Bonus Points.

Bonus Points are earned by playing in 888 Poker cash games and tournaments.  How it works out is that you receive $10 of your bonus for every $50 you contribute in rake or pay in tournament fees.  Therefore for every $1 you pay in rake/fees you earn $0.20 of your bonus.
