Sky Bingo Review

Sky Bingo lets you play Bingo online and connect with a community of players 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can join in the online chat with other Bingo players from around the country and enjoy some great competitions to win a wide range of prizes. Sky is the UK`s No 1 entertainment brand and once you have an account with Sky Bingo you can use it for all Sky’s Betting and Gaming sites including Sky Bet, Sky Poker and Sky Vegas.

90 Ball Bingo is the main offering on Sky, including the exciting Deal or No Deal game. Prices per Ticket range from 1p upwards, with two Free Bingo games every hour between 9 a.m. until midnight.

Sky Bingo currently offers a £10 Bonus on a £5 Deposit

The Bingo home page is functional and comprehensive. From here you can access the Bingo Lobby, Account, Promotions, and view your Balance. Help and Support is also available from here, as are the useful FAQS and Contact link and Search Box. There is also an animated scrolling window updating the games which are soon to start, showing the cost and minimum prize. You can click straight through to any of these games from the window. There is also a gallery showing various promotions and big money guarantee games.

Sky’s Bingo Lobby is as fully featured as they come. The first thing you notice is the Game Selection window, which extends across the entire page, and takes up two thirds of the screen space. This leaves a lot if room to display the games and Sky has made game selection easy due to not cramming everything into a tiny box. It’s also a simple matter to sort the games by Price, Prize amount, Start Time or number of Players. The top of the page displays your current Game and Bingo Bonuses, along with your Balance and Loyalty points. A drop down menu allows access to more detailed Account and Bonus information and the Options tab allows you to customize your settings for the Bingo Games. From here you can customize your Dabber and adjust the sound settings and also choose your Chat preferences. The ability to alter the volume is a welcome feature and the customizable Dabber is a nice touch.

When you log into the Bingo room of your choice you are presented with the usual slider, which has an Auto-buy option, or you can instead click on the tickets to purchase them individually. The current game information is displayed above the Bingo Cards and it is easy to see what’s going in. The well designed Chat box is accompanied by tabs that take you to your Inbox, Profile or Syndicates, where you can create your own syndicate.

Accepted Deposit Methods include Debit or Credit Card, Neteller and Paypal, as well as Moneybookers and Laser.

Sky Bingo didn’t impress me much at first look as it’s not as visually appealing as some sites, but when it comes to usability it’s got the lot. It is just about the easiest site to navigate because nothing is hidden fourteen clicks away – it’s all there in front of you. So you never have to go back to a previous screen to do most things as once you are in a Bingo Room everything is right there.

One major thing that this room has got going for it is the number of players online into the early hours – 300 as I write this at 3.30 a.m. This means that there are always games available to play at any time of day or night.

Which for me is usually the Deal or No Deal Bingo. I can’t get enough of this game as it’s Bingo on steroids – never mind the Penny Bingo, this is where the action is and I love it! The name of the game changes every round to reflect each slight variation on the DoND bingo that is hosted by Sky and this also adds somewhat to the entertainment value.

Sky’s playthrough requirements for Bonus Money are pretty lenient and I managed to cash out a healthy £45 plus on my deposit of £5.
